• Use the Site only for lawful purposes
• Not submit false, misleading, or harmful content

• Not upload or send viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Not use automated tools to copy, scrape, or overload the Site
We may restrict or block access to the Site if we believe someone is misusing it.

2. Quotes and Service Disclaimers

The information on the Site is general in nature. It describes our services but does not form an offer or contract.
When you click "Get My Quote," you are asking us to contact you. A quote is only an estimate based on the details you provide, such as Estimated Area, Company Sector, and Preferred Cleaning Time. Final pricing and scope depend on a site walkthrough and your specific needs.
Our cleaning services are governed by a separate written service agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement applies.
We work to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or free of errors. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.

3. Intellectual Property

AMC Commercial Cleaning Inc or its licensors own all content on the Site. This includes text, images, logos, graphics, and design. Federal and state intellectual property laws protect this content.
You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy, change, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Client logos shown on the Site belong to their owners. All other trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:
• We provide the Site "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that arise from your use of the Site, or your inability to use it.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Liability for our cleaning services is set out in your service agreement.

5. Indemnity

You agree to protect AMC Commercial Cleaning Inc, our staff, and our related companies from claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
The laws of the State of Texas govern these Terms, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree that the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute related to the Site or these Terms.
Before starting any legal action, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

6. General Terms

• If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• If we do not enforce a right under these Terms, we have not waived it.

We use your information to plan your walkthrough and prepare an accurate quote, not to fill your inbox. Job applications sit in a separate process, so candidate details never mix with customer records. When you ask us to update, delete, or stop using your information, we act on it and confirm when it's done. You get a clear, honest process and the confidence that your business information is handled with care.
